Live guest portrait painting on a 4" x 6" watercolor paper is a wonderful way to entertainment your guest and give them a special keepsake from your unforgettable event.
Hourly Package
4 hours or less $1200
additional hours will be $300 per hour
Portrait per person takes about 7-10 min. (6-8 people per hour)
Total Guest Package
(includes at least 4 hours on site illustrating)
Unfinished guest portraits will be finished in studio so they can be sent in your thank you cards
or can be the thank you card ($1.00 per card).
30 guests: $1200

The Process
The day of your event, I will arrive an hour prior to event time to set up. As guests arrive, I or my assistant will take photos of them. The entire evening your guests will get to watch me illustrate and paint them! The finished painting can go home with your guests.

-travel outside of Chicagoland area (>50 miles) .67 per mile plus hotel accommodations (if applicable)
-larger or custom paper sizes available upon request- please inquire
-customized paper with name, date and image is available
- illustration becomes the thank you card $1.00 per card

Classical guitar during cocktail hour
My husband Andy has been playing classical guitar most of his life. He now is offering to play at the weddings I'm painting at as an "add on" for additional $300.00. During the day he teaches graduates students and runs a lab at Northwestern University. You can tell your guests you will be having an award-wining physicist playing guitar during your cocktail hour (he will answer your physics questions at no extra charge....).
